How long does delivery take?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders. Delivery time within the UK is usually 2-4 working days. Express delivery is usually 1-2 working days. International orders are usually delivered within 14 working days.
Are your key fobs genuine?
All the keyfobs we sell are genuine used keyfobs unless otherwise stated. Each for is cosmetically graded.
Can you program the keyfob for me?
Unfortunately we do not offer a key programming service. You should contact a local auto lock smith for re-programming. Even though we sell the complete keyfob with IC chip, we strictly sell them for the casing only and do not guarantee the ability to re-program.
Do you offer any warranty?
We offer a 60 day warranty on all used keyfobs.
I am not sure which keyfob i need. Can you help?
Certainly. If you are not sure which keyfob is compatible with your vehicle, drop us an email and we will try to help.
Do your keyfobs come with batteries?
Even though most of our keyfobs come with used batteries we do not guarantee that you will receive a battery. We recommend purchasing a new battery as we have no way to test the life of a used battery.
